Instructions for AP Exam Registration:  March 3rd - 17th  Rm. S165

 

Payment will be accepted only from Thursday, March 3rd to Thursday, March 17th during lunch from 11:36 AM to 12:20 PM in Rm. S165.

No registrations will be accepted after Thursday, March 17th!

Students may pay by cash or with checks made payable to Bellaire High School (BHS).

BHS students must bring their 04-05 BHS ID to registration.  Obtain IDs in the Magnet Office (R118).

Accommodations and fee reductions, if applicable, must be verified.

There is no refund once exams have been ordered.  Check for conflicts.

These fees are non-refundable, and exam registrations are non-transferable.

STUDENTS MAY NOT SELL OR TRADE EXAMS OR REGISTRATIONS!

Emergencies will be considered on a case by case basis.

 

Pricing Levels:

  • BHS student $52.00/exam
  • BHS student fee reduced $13.00/exam
  • Non-BHS student $82.00/exam

 

Fee reductions must be verified by school records or documentation provided by the student.

Students qualify for a fee reduction if they meet any of the following criteria:

  • They are on the free or reduced lunch program
  • The student’s family receives assistance under part A of Title IV of the Social Security Act.
  • The student is eligible to receive medical assistance under the Medicaid program under Title XIX of the Social Security Act.
  • The student is a member of a family whose taxable income for the preceding year did not exceed 150% of the poverty level as establish by the U.S. Census Bureau.  The table that follows lists annual family incomes, by family size, at 150 % of the poverty level.
