Look down by the system clock of your Windows-based computer and there should be a blue octagon with what appears to be a heartbeat-type pattern inside. If you don’t see the heartbeat (this only works at school – you won’t see that from anywhere else), then right click and choose “Update Now” and let the software update.
If it still doesn’t connect, make sure you are logged in to the computer with YOUR login and make sure your are connected to the school network and click this link to attempt to make your computer reconnect to the server for automatic updates.
